CUSTOMIZED LEAD FORM

STAGE "First MEETING"

This stage includes filling in the required fields: email, phone, address, contact person.

STAGE "confirmation MEETING"

At this stage you can schedule a date for meeting with the client (day, time, etc.).

STAGE ”Rejected”

At this stage you can fill in the reason for the rejection: dissatisfaction with the quality of services provided, high price and others.

After the Client completes the form, a notification about the creation of a new Lead is sent to the system. At this point, the system automatically sends a welcome message to the Client. If the lead is not processed within 24 hours, the manager will receive a system notification that the lead is not being processed.

At this stage, the person responsible for the converted Lead is assigned the task for contacting the Client and making an appointment or discussing the Client's needs by phone.

NO CONTACT / CALL BACK

The stage is designed to store Client inquiries on hold. The deadline for being at this stage is 5 days, after this deadline, manager receives an overdue lead notification. 

MEETING CONFIRMED

If a meeting with the Client is necessary, after setting its date, we move Lead to the Meeting confirmed stage. To go to the stage, it is obligatory to indicate the date and time of the next contact in the calendar. The manager is assigned a task to appoint a meeting and then classify the lead as completed or rejected. After 24 hours from the scheduled date of the meeting, manager receives a system notification.

DEAL PROCESSING

Commercial offer

At this stage, the manager is assigned a task with preparing an offer and sending it to the Client. There is no more than 4 days at this stage. When this period is exceeded, a notification of the arrears is made.

OFFER ACCEPTED

If the offer is accepted by the Client, the manager takes the Deal to this stage and is assigned a task with drafting up up a contract and sending it to the Client.

After the contract is prepared, the manager moves to this stage and fills in the necessary fields. Depending on the field selection, the system offers two solutions: automatic sending a letter to the Client with the contract in the attachment or the manager receives the task for delivering the contract to the Client. In both cases, the manager is given the task of checking the received documents and signing it.

PAYMENT

At this stage, the manager is assigned a task for issuing the final invoice and sending it to the Client along with the instructions and the application to be completed.
