CREATING A LIST FROM EXCEL
If you have a table with data that should get into Bitrix24, this can be easily done using the "Lists" tool.
You just need to name the new list and load the Excel file. All columns and rows will be automatically transferred to Bitrix24 and data from them can be further used when working in the portal.
FILLING the EMPTY FIELDS IN DOCUMENTS
You can use data from the list in your document templates - replace the variables with the required data.
You simply select one of the templates you preloaded, select the client from CRM for which you are creating this document, specify the name of the list and a filter if you need to add data only with certain values.

Lists can be copied and added to other working groups in Bitrix24 and the values can be changed.
